50PlusCover is a lead-generation service for people interested in over-50 life cover.

2. How the Service Works

• You answer a short set of questions about yourself and your circumstances.
• Your enquiry is processed through Haven Marketing Ltd's enquiry and verification systems.
• Your enquiry may be passed to a relevant UK provider.
• A provider may contact you directly to discuss your circumstances and possible cover options.
• Any quotation, recommendation, application, policy, premium, underwriting decision or contract offered by a provider is separate from 50PlusCover.com.

Submitting an enquiry does not require you to take out a policy or proceed with any provider that contacts you.

3. Eligibility

You should be at least 18 years old, be making a genuine enquiry, and have authority to provide the information you submit.

If you submit information on behalf of another person, you should have their authority to do so.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date to the best of your knowledge.

• Underwriting or eligibility decisions made by a provider
• Advice, representations or statements made by a provider
• Administration, claims handling or servicing of a policy issued by a provider

You should review a provider's own information, terms and policy documentation carefully before deciding whether to proceed.

6. No Guarantee of Cover

Submitting an enquiry through 50PlusCover does not guarantee that a provider will contact you, that you will be eligible for a policy, or that any particular premium, benefit level or policy terms will be available.

7. Cost of Using 50PlusCover

There is no charge to submit an enquiry through 50PlusCover.com.

Haven Marketing Ltd operates the service commercially and may receive payment from providers in connection with enquiries, introductions or resulting business.

This does not create a fee payable by you to Haven Marketing Ltd for submitting the enquiry.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Haven Marketing Ltd is not responsible for losses arising from decisions or actions of independent providers, products or services supplied by a provider, or inaccurate information supplied by a user.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Website Availability

We aim to keep 50PlusCover.com available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, restrict or change parts of the site for maintenance, security or service improvements.

10. Governing Law
